Our family has had a wonderful experience with Floradale Villa. From the moment we toured the facility, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The environment is clean, warm, and thoughtfully designed for the needs of elderly residents.
The caregivers are compassionate, patient, and attentive. They take the time to get to know each resident personally, and it shows in how comfortable and cared for our loved one feels. We especially appreciate the regular communication and updates about our family member’s health and activities.
Meals are nutritious and catered to individual dietary needs, and the variety of social and recreational activities helps keep everyone engaged and happy. Medical care is prompt and professional, and we’ve never had to worry about safety or attention.

The home is cozy, clean, and feels like a real family environment, which is probably the most important thing for your loved one!
The staff are kind and attentive, who always takes time with each resident to keep them engaged with activities like gardening and puzzles.
Meals are homemade and tailored to the dietary needs (ex: diabetic resident), which is a big plus.
I’d recommend Floradale Villa to anyone looking for a warm, small-scale, more like a home and of course an alternative to larger facilities!

Not the crazy type.
Not the money making machine mindset, but the type where they actually care.
If you are able to place them here, you are set for life.
High request and I wouldn't be surprised if they have a waiting list to get in.

Great pricing if you are looking for something closer to your home for your loved ones. We live in Loomis and this place is very close to us. Very private, you don't even know what's going on. I wish they had more places like these ones for my in laws too

Cozy place for your loved ones. We are in a sensitive situation with our mom and Emil was able to accommodate all our needs.
This place is perfect if you need to be away from the rush of the city.
Kitchen is their biggest strength, so if you care about what they eat, this is the place to go.

You will not find a more dedicated couple to care for you. Emil and Tabita have been caring for others for 19 years and are the kindest people I have ever met. I felt my husband was 100% secure and safe in their care. If you want to care for your loved one, this is the place!

If you require specific meals, they ca take of it and they are very knowledgeable. You can definitely tell they've been doing this for over 20 years.
